        In my last post, I mentioned two considerations we want to take seriously in this blog. The first consideration concerns the shape of the canon in the Hebrew Bible. We will continue to treat that consideration in the coming weeks. The second consideration with which I concluded my first post involves not only the formation of the canon but also the formation of biblical books.
